Online Product Manager (International
)

THE
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

1) Minimum 3 years of demonstrated
product development, product management.

2) Strong quantitative skills required. Ability to
develop plans, capture data, analyse data, summarize findings
and implement initiatives and maximise revenue

3) Strong written and verbal communications required.
Ability to present analysis to various audiences

4) Some purchasing and supply chain skill would be desirable.

5) Detail-oriented, highly organized and ability to
solve problems with confidence

6) Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative
environment, multi task and participate in team based planning
process.

8) Good communication skills of both English &
Chinese

JOB DUTIES:

Product
Development

1) Developing and managing high appeal, differentiated products
specifically for Ready Flowers product catalogue

2) To negotiate a sale price with vendors, creating and
signing a contract which highlights the terms of service
including: purchase price, quantity purchased and date of
delivery.

3) To liase and manage the existing supply chain and identify
key suppliers in various markets.

4) Focusing on signature product development that support
Ready Flowers brand strategy as well as driving revenue

5) Evaluating the competition and understanding where the
trends are in product, style and colour, specifically to
the plant, floral business and gift business

6) Working with marketing team to develop and implement
launch plans for new items

7) Conduct and evaluate market research/supplier feedback
to ensure adequate pricing structures

8) Develop customer prices to ensure that Ready Flowers
remains competitive within the flower and gift market.

9) Product localisation as required by different global
markets
